Within our reward system students are graded on a per-year basis according to olympic-style levels; Gold, Silver and Bronze (with an extra GoldPlus level included).
As students earn rewards, they build up points which are converted into a performance level. The system recalculates performance levels every hour on the hour.
The score column in the screenshot shows student feedback in the teacher view (medal, trend and point score).
