Within our reward system students are graded on a per-year basis according to olympic-style levels, Gold Silver and Bronze (with an extra GoldPlus level included).
As students earn rewards, they build up points which are converted into a performance level. The system recalculates performance levels every hour on the hour.
The score column in the image on the right demonstrates student feedback in the teacher view (medal, trend and point score).
